Commonwealth Consulting Group’s Leadership Team

Brian Pelczarski, Co-Founder

Brian Pelczarski has been helping people fulfill their potential since his college days as a personal trainer and gym manager. Brian now helps customers achieve their business goals by identifying savings and efficiency improvements  in processing electronic payments.  His approach follows the advice his grandfather gave him: “always treat people like gold.”

An economics major at Worcester State University, Brian knew he could help others fulfill their financial potential. He became a financial advisor in 2004 and soon after, met his business partner, Keith Reardon, when they worked for the same financial services company. In 2009, they founded Commonwealth Consulting Group LLC. Until recently an avid basketball player, Brian now enjoys playing dad with his baby daughter and coaching youth soccer.  They live in Leicester, Massachusetts with his wife Kim.

Keith Reardon, Co-Founder

In Keith Reardon’s family,  the talk at family reunions is all business – which way the economy is going, what are the best financing options, which politicians understand small business concerns. Growing up among small business owners, he’s never forgotten those lessons. So after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a chemistry degree, he decided to learn how to help business owners manage their money. He trained with a national financial services firm, became a financial advisor in 2005 and teamed up with colleague Brian Pelczarski to start Commonwealth Consulting Group LLC in 2009.

Keith brings to the payment processing business his relatives’ approach: look out for the customer’s best interests. And his customers welcome the savings and efficiency improvements he uncovers.  Like Murphy, Keith’s St. Bernard, CCG started small but continues to grow ever larger. A Worcester, Massachusetts resident and ambassador for that city’s Chamber of Commerce, Keith volunteers for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, devoted to helping people by providing a full continuum of rehabilitation treatment and care, as well as serving as a director for The College of the Holy Cross’ Varsity Club.
